Patti Baker
Assistant to the Dean


Background

Prior to joining the University in 1998, Patti was a legal assistant specializing in medical litigation. When she initially joined the University, Patti was the Graduate Program Coordinator in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Patti has been the Dean's Assistant and the School's Scholarship Coordinator since joining the School in 2000. In addition to a Paralegal Certificate from Johnson County Community College, Patti has earned an Associate of Arts Degree, also from Johnson County Community College. She is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree. 

Interests and Hobbies


Patti is interested in indigenous cultures, especially Native Americans.  In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, bird watching and Jayhawk Basketball.
